Obituary for Tyler William Moore

Tyler William Moore, a loving son, brother and friend, passed away on November 19, 2018 in Farmer City Illinois at the age of 21.

Tyler was born July 31, 1997 in Bloomington, to Aaron E. and Lisa M. Meismer Moore.

He graduated from Tri-Valley High School in 2016 and was a member of the Vikings Football Team. Following graduation, Tyler enlisted in the United States Army National Guard, completing his training at Fort Sill Oklahoma. He was later assigned to the Charlie Battery, 2nd Battalion, 122nd Field Artillery Regiment of the 33rd infantry Brigade Combat Team.

Tyler was a true American Patriot whose love of Country was unwavering. He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for water sports and people! Tyler had an unmatched sense of humor, a heart the size of Texas, but loved nothing “moore” than spending time with his family!

Surviving are his parents of Sachse, Texas; a brother, Nathan (Bethany) Moore of Indianapolis, IN; grandparents William and Cheryel Meismer, Varna IL and Ronald and Catherine Moore, Lacon IL; his girlfriend, “Mersadies” Sadie Schroers of Bloomington; aunts and uncles, Janel O’Keefe, Chad Moore, Edie O’Neil, Andrew Moore and Tina (Bob) Barisch; and cousins, Kati (Cody) Jessen and their son, Jace, Michelle O’Keefe, Cody and Kristopher Moore, Braden O’Neil, Madison Moore and Jay and Ali Barisch.

His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Eastview Christian Church, Normal. Burial will be in Lacon City Cemetery, Lacon. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2018 at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington.
