Aldarene N. Regnier Obituary (1932 - 2017)

Aldarene N. Regnier, 85, of Flanagan, formerly Gridley, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. There will be no services or visitation. Cremation rites have been accorded by Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington. A private inurnment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Ames, KS at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, 201 W. Falcon Highway, Flanagan, IL 61740. She married Bobbie Joe Regnier, he preceded her in death on March 19, 2005. She was also preceded in death by two sisters. Surviving are her son, Mike (Donna) Regnier of Bloomington; her daughter, Regina Regnier of Decatur; grandchildren, Michael (Angela) Regnier, Amanda Regnier and 12 other grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Gavin, Caden Heath Regnier and seven other great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother, Arlin Balthazor and one sister, Jolene Pohlman, both of Salina, KS. Aldarene worked for 10 years at General Electric and then stayed home to care for her husband and children.
