Brantley Jaxon Smith, 3 month old, of Bloomington, died at 6:40 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.A memorial visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington. Services will be private. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.He was born December 31, 2015 in Normal.Surviving are his mother, Danielle Marie Smith of Bloomington; two brothers and one sister. Also surviving are his maternal grandmother, Andrea (Jim Merrifield) Frey Walker of Cedar Point; maternal grandfather, Joseph (Dawn) Walker of Bloomington; paternal grandparents, Niles and Juanita Smith of Bloomington; paternal great-grandmother, Sarah Sain of Decatur and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
