C. Frank Shaw, III, 72, of Bloomington, passed away at 6:20 p.m., Thursday, November 3, 2016 in Normal.A private family interment will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Jacksonport, Wisconsin. Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.Frank was born March 17, 1944 in Mount Vernon, New York, the son of Clarence Frank and Ruth Mills Shaw, Jr. He married Meral Savas on June 24, 2000 in Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. She survives.He is also survived by a son, Bryan (Kristi) Shaw of Easton, MD and a daughter, Jennifer (Cesar) Sousa of New Orleans, LA; four grandchildren, Claudio and Mason Sousa and Ruby and Oliver Shaw; three brothers, Carl (Susanne) Zencey of Newton, CT, Eric (Kathryn Davis) Zencey of Montpelier, VT and Matthew (Cindy) Zencey of Westchester, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents.
