Carol A. Orris, 72, of Bloomington, died at 2:31 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.Services will be at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded by Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Orris on October 4, 1963.Surviving are her husband, Jim, of Bloomington; her children, Tina (Kenneth) Rommel of Bloomington, Angela Orris of Normal, James (Dawn) Orris of Phoenix, AZ, Larry (Amy) Orris and Kenneth Orris, both of Bloomington; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Bernard Crook of Marion and Leonard Crook of Bloomington and five sisters, Helen Brown of Scottsdale, IN, Cleo Tuttle of Bloomington, Linda Brinkerhoff of Las Vegas, NV, Veronica (Jack) Young of Terra Haute, IN and Lillian Foster of Colorado Springs, CO.She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Christopher Michael Orris and ten brothers and sisters.Carol enjoyed making jewelry, painting, drawing and working cross-word puzzles.
