Eric, Colin and Russell Ringenberg Obituary (1984 - 2017)

Eric Neal Ringenberg, 33, of Bloomington, Illinois, and his two sons, Colin Parker Ringenberg, 2 1/2, and Russell Thomas Ringenberg, 1 week, and one of the family dogs, Pugsley, died at 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at home.Visitation will be from 3:00-6:00 p.m., Monday, September 25, 2017 at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington. The funeral and burial services will be private to the family.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Colin and Russell Ringenberg Memorial Fund c/o Soy Capital Bank 2306 E. Washington St. Bloomington, IL 61704.Eric was born Jan. 14, 1984, in Princeton, IL. He married Pamela on September 19, 2009, at Comlara Park in Hudson. She survives.Eric was a 2002 graduate of Princeton High School. He attended Heartland Community College in Normal and then graduated from Lincoln College in Normal with a Bachelor of Arts in business. He had been employed at State Farm Insurance Company in Bloomington for 15 years.Eric was a loving husband and a devoted father.Eric is also survived by his mother; his father and step-mother; a sister, a brother, a nephew, a niece, several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. He is also survived by his parents-in-law, a grandmother-in-law, a sister-in-law, and three uncles-in-law.Colin Parker Ringenberg was born March 10, 2015, in Bloomington. Colin was a bright, loving child who loved Thomas the Train and Paw Patrol. His favorite thing was visiting the firetrucks and fire stations.Russell Thomas Ringenberg was born September 11, 2017, in Bloomington. He was a happy, loving baby.
