Bloomington, IllinoisrnrnLois Joan Lush, 72, of Bloomington, died at 2:09 a.m. Thursday, August 15, 2013 at her home.Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2013 at St. Mary"s Church, Bloomington, with Rev. Ric Schneider officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Wapella. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church. The family requests that those attending wear casual attire. Carmody-Flynn Williamsburg Funeral Home, Bloomington, is in charge of arrangements. rnrnIn lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary"s Church or St. Jude Children"s Research Hospital.Lois was born September 10, 1940 in Heyworth, the daughter of John Howard and Flossie Pauline Reed Lush.Surviving are a son, John Michael (Kathie) Hudgeons of Fairbury; five grandchildren, Eryn Brining of Springfield, Amber (Dustin) Stork of Forrest, Ashley Brining, Alexys Hudgeons and Zane Hudgeons, all of Fairbury; a great-granddaughter, Paislee Brining of Fairbury; and six siblings, Ann Lush, Kay (Ron) Sutton, Harry (Sharon) Lush, Don (Helen) Lush and Judy Lush, all of Bloomington and Rodney (Sharon) Lush of Downs.She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.Lois retired from Walmart in Normal and was a member of St. Mary"s Church, Bloomington. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed.
