Lynette R. Reed Obituary (1969 - 2017)

Lynette R. Reed, 47, of Bloomington, passed away at 10:50 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2017 at her home. Her graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Park Hill Cemetery, Bloomington. A celebration of life gathering will immediately follow the graveside service at the Miller Park Pavilion (Main Floor). Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington, is in charge of arrangements. She was born January 1, 1970 in Bloomington, a daughter of Emmett R. and Marion J. Stiles Homan. Surviving are two daughters, Tori L. McCurdy of Elgin and Jocelynn R. Reed of Bloomington; her mother, Marion Homan of Bloomington; a sister, Faith M. (Ronald) Putney of Fort Walton Beach, FL; a brother, Mark A. (Valerie) Homan of Roseburg, Oregon; a step-daughter, Brooklynn M. Reed of Normal; Jocelynns father, Jon Reed of Bloomington; and many aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father. Lynette loved her children, life, having fun and smiling.
