Jane C. Hutchins Obituary (1951 - 2022)

Jane C. Hutchins Marion Jane Hutchins, 70, of Normal passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022 at McLean County Nursing Home, Normal. Her memorial visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington. Casual attire is requested. Cremation rites have been accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition or to the charity of the donor's choice. Jane was born December 22, 1951, in Schenectady, New York the daughter of Aldis B. "Salty" and Jean Oakes Clary. She married Jerry Hutchins on October 24,1981 in Normal. She is survived by her children Sonja (Billy) Preece and Phillip (Samantha Brantner) Hutchins; a grandson Liam Preece; five siblings Margie (Dennis) Balonis, Mary Kay (Max) Crawford, Jim (Kala) Clary, Andrew (Ruston Alsbrooks) Clary, Laura Clary; several nieces, nephews, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Richard Wayne Clary. Jane was a 1970 graduate of Stanford-Minier High School; and received her bachelor's degree and MBA from Illinois State University. She retired from the Laboratory at OSF St. Joseph, Bloomington.
