Neal Alan Keller Obituary (1984 - 2015)

Neal Alan Keller, 30, of Bloomington, died at 11:51 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2015 in Bloomington.A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington, where a memorial visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday. Cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will be at St. Marys Cemetery, Bloomington immediately following services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Central Illinois. To express condolences online, please visit www.carmodyflynn.com.Neal was born September 22, 1984 in Bloomington, son of Timothy K. and Mary A. Garrison Keller.Surviving are his mother, Mary A. Stanley of Hudson; his father, Tim Keller of Bloomington; his maternal grandmother, Wilma Garrison of Bloomington and his step-father, Ron Stanley of Arrowsmith. Also surviving are his sister, Katie Keller of Houghton, MI and three brothers, Ian Stanley of Hudson, Branden Stanley of Scottsdale, AZ and Justin Stanley of San Francisco, CA.Neal was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Walter Garrison and his paternal grandmother, Lila Keller.Neal worked with his father at the family business, Kellers Iron Skillet in Bloomington, where he helped with restaurant operations.Neal enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hunting and riding ATVs. He also enjoyed children and animals " and they loved him. Neal loved riding his motorcycle - anything loud and fast. He will be remembered by his family and friends for having a playful soul.
